Our client is an international ship management MNC and in order to support the growth strategy and to support its expansion, our client is strengthening its operations team and is hiring its:

Corporate Accounts Executive / Senior Corporate Accounts Executive

(Based in Singapore)

• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable systems .
  
• Maintain preparation and submission of monthly financial reports and full set of
  
• Manage invoice and payment processing and ensure that the ledger is kept up to date
  
• Assist in maintaining fixed assets register and schedules ;
  
• Produce ad hoc reports and Reconciliation of Inter-Company A/Cs
  
• Liaisons with external & internal auditor, tax agents, ACRA, corporate secretaries, and Bank
  
• Prepare GST returns on timely manner
  
• Ensure timely filing of documents and vouchers
  
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum GCE A Levels/Diploma/Degree in Commerce or Accountancy
  
• At least 2 - 5 years relevant working experience preferably in Ship Management/Shipping
  
• Experience with ship accounting and preparation of shipping reports
  
• Good communication skills - able to converse in fluent English
  
• Good employment track record
  
• Able to work under pressure within a multi-tasking environment
