- +4 years experience of in-house or marketing agency experience with a proven track record of scaling paid media channels for a mobile gaming app
- Experience in ad operations on Applovin MAX or Ironsource, setting up and optimizing waterfalls for different tiers and geos, AB testing, and setting up capping and pacing
- Highly analytical – comfortable analyzing and interpreting complex sets of information and communicating recommendations in a clear, effective way.
- SQL and Python / R knowledge a huge plus
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and applicable KPI's
