Job Description

- Directs the general day to day operation of the Transportation Motor Pool, Leased Vehicles and Equipment, Drivers Training Program, ULLS-G Licensing, and the Expat Bus Section.
- Supervises all employees under their direct report.
- Performs the full range of first line supervisory duties to include mission planning, maintenance scheduling and counseling duties.
- Determines assets needed for mission and requests additional assets when needed.
- Coordinates and schedules buses and bus routes.
- Supervises the dispatching of equipment to maximize its use.
- Prioritizes equipment use when necessary.
- Recommends (with justification) additions and deletions of equipment to the TMP.
- Ensures quality control of all processes and corrective action is taken when necessary.
- Troubleshoots problems/incidents, notifies manager or assistant manager when unable to solve or correct in accordance with established policies and management guidance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
