Our client is an international auditing firm located near the DIFC.They are currently recruiting a temporary receptionist for the duration of 22nd November to 25th November and 5th December to 30th December.
Job responsibilities
- Answering calls and taking messages. Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department.
- Checking general emails and allocating to respective team or folder.
- Receiving and sending correspondences, couriers.
- Meet and greet visitors (customers, vendors) and assist them.
- Filing all documentation correctly. Photocopying and scanning documents.
- Promptly coordinating with departments.
- Prioritizing tasks and reporting to the Office Manager.
Skills
Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good with time management
Fluent English
Requirements
Female on husbands/fathers visa
2-3 years in managing administration and front desk
