- Manages the overall day-to-day UAE VAT compliance, reporting and effective filing of VAT returns, addressing queries and needs of the business, stays updated on VAT and local tax laws and complies with these. Liaises with the tax authorities and tax consultants, and related stakeholders.
- Provides necessary advice on VAT to all internal department and business units.
- Drafts VAT Policies, Standards, Manuals, Guidelines and ensure necessary training to all stakeholders.
- Supports the corporate Finance and Accounts team in achieving the organizational objectives assigned to the team and ensures that all accounting operations run smoothly
