• Lead offer details discussion with Hiring Managers
• Manage candidates' offer negotiation
• Drive candidate decision process through offer acceptance
• Track Progress of profiles & requisitions
• Interview potential candidates, if required
• Ensure appropriate communication to candidates and new hires
