• Managing the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding procedures across all levels of hires from candidate qualification, to video or phone screening, to face-to-face interviews, through to salary negotiations, offer and on boarding
• Managing and participating in a range of attraction and/or recruitment focused events such as career fairs, graduate days and industry events to build brand and pipeline
