System Integration (SI) Project Manager

Act as the Partner´s primary contact point in Amadeus and establish the proper communication channels with the relevant Amadeus teams. Ensure that Amadeus fulfils all dependencies for the Partner be able to deliver the sub-contracted services.

Establish the governance model with the Partner and lead all governance activities.

Gain a deep understanding of our sub-contracting agreement and ensure that the Partner delivers the full scope sub-contracted by Amadeus, on time, on budget, and with the expected level of quality.

Ensure a full alignment between the scope outsourced by the customer to Amadeus, and the services sub-contracted by Amadeus to the Partner. Manage the PCP process with the Partner and ensure that Amadeus is always protected by a back-to-back PCP with the customer.

Manage risks and issues and proactively escalate to the program level as required.
