Do you currently work in a production or warehouse environment and are a Counterbalance FLT Driver?

First Call Contract Services are currently looking to recruit a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our clients busy operation based in Chartham, Kent.

Immediate interviews & starts are available.

This role is being recruited for on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Candidate duties will include:

• To ensure that Packhouse are supplied with correct stock to ensure continuous production
• To ensure that vehicles are loaded / unloaded
• To ensure that working area is kept clean and tidy, and health & safety procedures adhered to at all times
• Must complete pre start FLT checks at the start of shift
• Ensure correct stock is collected / loaded by checking against stock rotation on stock information

Candidate experience will include:

• Counterbalance FLT (in-house license accepted and to be discussed / expired license to be discussed with the opportunity for in-house refresher)
• Ideal but not essential, 12 months FLT experience
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team

Hours or work are Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, days TBC

Starting salary is £11.00 to £12.50 per hour depending on experience. Overtime £13.75 to £15.63 per hour.
