Customer related:

Execute all customer facing transactions in line with ADDC customer strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services

Address customer needs, problems and requests in a timely manner

Ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience
.
Support the customer focused culture minimizing disruption to impacted customers ensuring customers are kept informed
Operational Excellence related:
.
Compile monthly System Performance Reports from various sections in Central & Eastern regions and prepare Summary Reports.
.
Assist to Prepare / compile annual CAPEX and OPEX Budgets for the Department in coordination with the Managers. Keep track of spending / expenditures.
.
Prepares various technical reports as and when necessary by higher management.
.
Liaison with NSD, AMD, DMS, and Projects Division etc. as and when required.
.
Assist to Prepare / coordinate the submission of insurance claims for loss/damages/theft of equipment.
.
Review the collected data and updated records. Records data in a standard format in a centralized manner for easy access. Provides data upon request to various users in a requested format.

Supervises the PM & CM activities.
.
Arrange the spare part for the department.
