Responsibilities:
• Review and approve structural design proposals.
• Supervise the work of CAD designers and contractors to ensure quality standards and design criteria are met.
• Undertake structural design and lifting calculations based on agreed project schedule or approved work request.
• Conduct design review meetings to assure that technical objectives are being achieved.
• Preparation of documentation for approval of Class and statutory bodies.
• Liaison with Client in order to assure that all technical/engineering requirements are met.
