- Proposing, leading, and rolling out technical initiatives that align Deel’s frontend development with industry best practices for code quality, observability, and testing
- Identify performance bottlenecks in Frontend apps, propose solutions, work closely with other teams to apply the solutions to meet the performance goals
- Own the Frontend build architecture, improve build performance, optimize CI/CD pipeline, boost engineering productivity
- Take ownership of FE components, make sure components are performant, small, and up-to-date.
- Design and implement new initiatives for large scale and cross org projects
