Primary purpose of job
Coordinate all secretarial and clerical duties of the Trading organisation to ensure adequate provision of support services to

the Manager and relevant staff.

Experience & Skills
# 5 years secretarial experience.

# Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

# Strong computer skills.

# Strong typing skills.

# Ability to manage multiple tasks.

# Ability to effectively manage external relationships.

# Ability to adapt to time pressures and changing priorities.

# Must be a good team player.

# Strong interpersonal skills.

Education
Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).
