Responsibilities
• Prepare daily bank position report and send to management
• Process accounts receivable receipts and prepare credit notes
• Account for bank charges and clear issued cheques daily
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report
• Record journal entries and prepare schedules for prepayment, provision, and accruals
• Review and summarize staff expense claims
• Reconcile customer balances and prepare invoice details
• Prepare monthly intercompany balances and reconcile with related party
