- Responsible for Creating consistent & meaningful content on all digital platforms TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram.Including publishing the content online, writing off the Ad Copy, and editing social media posts.
- Improve customer engagement and increase social fan followers.
- Develop monthly social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity & once acknowledged by the Marketing Manager can go Live.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media stories across all social channels.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
