• Reporting to Project Manager, coordinate and supervise all civil construction activities. •Allocate and utilize effectively and efficiently all the available resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., in executing the works. •Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to Project specific plans and related specifications. •Prepare and execute detailed construction plan including detailed schedule, manpower planning, construction equipment plan and day to day activities. •Maintain construction schedule, identify, and solve problems. Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary in all construction activities. •Perform quality control of the assigned work. •Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and work force. •PTW system
