Maintain calm attitude during periods of high volume or unusual event to keep the store operating to standard and ensure that every team member delivering Brand Behaviour to every guest.

Constantly evaluating guest and store needs, act immediately to achieved guest satisfaction.

Be observant and always assess quality food and beverage that team are producing and delivering to guest. Provide feedback if necessary to improve team performance.

Ensure to maintain “Slow is Smooth, and Smooth is fast”.

Maintain welcoming, tidy, safe environment, appropriate, and standard music to deliver a great store ambience in every guest.

Daily review of ratings and feedback thru social media, google reviews and delivery provider.

Ensure that store team always comply food safety and hygiene standard.

Always Lead by example, treat others with respect and embrace diversity.

Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote our culture and The Manifest of Much More and live with it in our daily lives.

Lead the team to maximise sales and achieved daily objective:

Work to achieved sales target set by Bar Manager base on the store business requirements with the team, during scheduled shift.
