Job Description
years of Service experience working within the Automatic door industry and
safety technology and its proper installation techniques will be vital in this position
Previous experience in service maintenance assigned products primarily
Automatic Doors technology
Knowledge in installation and maintenance of access control systems for automatic
doors would be an advantage
Ability to do route cause analysis of mechanical electrical & electronics defects in a
methodical way
Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure and time
constraints
Be a team player with good communication skills
Ability to follow directions both written and verbal
Ability to analyze and provide solutions to onsite problems
Communicate directly with the customer as the face of the company
Valid UAE driver s license MANUAL / AUTOMATIC
ITI / Diploma / B Tech in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is a must!
To become fully conversant with all aspects of automatic door service
maintenance
Work individually and as part of the team to fulfill the requirements of service
Perform product service in a safe manner
Commission automatic doors and where required train end users in the
operation of the door
Fill out job report sheets manually and via digital device
Provide good customer service as a representative of the company
Root cause and resolve problems during service visits
Follow service schedules during regular maintenance
Maintain the company van and tools in good order to ensure their safe and
continued use
