- Supports & contacts sales staff in the market and may require attending out office hours calls.
- Supports the warehouse operations & communications.
- Accompanies any new Salesmen in the market.
- Prepares & sends daily credit reports to the businesses.
- Monitors the SAP log activities of the Salesmen.
- Supports the project team during pre-go live and post go live activities.
- Hardware/software installations and preparation for new devices or any failed device.
- Trains the salesmen on the different functionalities of the hand held.
- Trains the SAP users on the new processes implemented to facilitate the hand held systems.

- Capable of handling work under pressure
