Service and cleaning supervisor

The System Administrator will provide implementation, configuration, deployment, integration, and maintenance of application servers in a Windows/Azure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine system upgrades, including servers, endpoints, and network devices
  
• Create and maintain user and computer accounts and modify file permissions and security access lists
  
• Administer Windows Based networks
  
• Maintain critical customer documentation
  
• Create procedures for other team members to use when resolving advanced trouble tickets
  
• Perform network upgrades, server upgrades, application upgrades, computer upgrades, cloud migrations
  
• Provide backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space; manage virus protection on a routine basis
  
• Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert
  

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years experience deploying and supporting Windows Server OS 2016+
  
• Experience supporting Microsoft server applications such as modern versions of SQL and Exchange
  
• Experience with Cloud Based Backup Solutions, such as Azure, Acronis, Veeam, Datto, etc.
  
• Experience with traffic shaping/prioritization and network load balancing
  
• Experience with virtual platforms and cloud computing
  
• Familiarity with network switching and routing
  
• Ability to work independently and effective time management skills
  
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and multi-task
  
• Bachelor s Degree - Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent years of experience
