- Demonstrated track record of working with governments, preferably in implementing or supporting nutrition or public health programs in low- and middle-income countries;
- Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and delivering complex and adaptive technical assistance with bilateral and multilateral donors, implementing partners, and local organizations;
- Expert technical knowledge and experience in at least four of the following technical areas related to multi-sectoral nutrition programming: systems strengthening, institutional reform and capacity development; evidence and data (nutrition policy and spending); civil society engagement, public financial management; innovative financing; decentralized governance and service delivery, Political Economy Analysis and Thinking and Working Politically, accountability and inclusion, digital governance;
