- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the Global Tax Function's involvement in strategic growth, M&A projects, and joint ventures.
- Optimization and Planning: Drive tax optimization for the company's strategic decisions, working closely with the M&A and Growth Projects team.
- Tax Planning Framework: Contribute to the development of the Global Zakat & Tax Planning Framework, including policy creation, governance model, and standard processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including Aramco, government bodies, NGOs, and external advisors, to secure tax incentives and optimize deal structures.
- Project Management: Oversee project risks, opportunities, and deliverables, ensuring optimized business decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Lead regional and global tax teams and external advisors to deliver optimized structures for deals and growth investments.
