JOB PURPOSE
To perform researches and feasibility studies to identify business development opportunities. In addition to, manage commercial contracts and ensure proper implementation of contractual relation scope, terms, and conditions.
i. Identify and evaluate new business, investment and growth opportunities in the commercial advertisement field;
ii. Analyze and evaluate statistical/ financial data, and conduct reports with clear recommendations for the assigned task/ project;
iii. Analyze details of past, present, and expected advertisement projects in order to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is required;
iv. Conduct economic and financial appraisals of assigned investment and commercial proposals;
v. Develop business plans and financial models for commercial projects and evaluate strategic initiatives in order to generate additional commercial revenues;
vi. Conduct researches to track industry activity, competitor actions for all the projects and new initiatives, etc.;
vii. Develop Request for Proposals (RFP) for various advertisements project within client.
viii. Meet with strategic commercial partners in order to identify revenue generating opportunities;
ix. Monitor financial performance of the CAS and make required improvement and suggestions to bridge the CAS s funding gap;
x. Identify, develop, implement, and evaluate investment, commercial, PPP, and outsourcing opportunity plans and projects related to advertisement operational plan, and ensure growth, innovation, and competitiveness of the client s strategic and departmental commercial ambitions in order to increase the client s commercial revenues;
xi. Conduct feasibility studies for the different investment & commercial initiatives that the CAS develops internally or/and proposed by the client s Agencies and Sectors including market analysis and benchmarking;
xii. Ensure achievement of targeted results in each key performance areas as outlined in the plan;
xiii. Submit reports to CAS Manager as instructed and assigned;
xiv. Perform any other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
Requirements
i. Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field from a recognized University/ Master s preferred.
ii. 7 years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 years in Commercial Advertising Field.
iii. Strong awareness of project management standards and methodologies.
iv. Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
v. Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
vi. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
vii. Resourceful team player who excels at building trustable relationships with customers and colleagues.
viii. Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
