- Achieving sales target of the shop & brands
- Understanding customer needs & recommending suitable product/brand
- Selling product to customers as per customer needs
- Up selling/ Cross selling, where necessary
- Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty
- Handling new launches, promotion of products & visual merchandising
- Receiving payments, issuing receipts & handling cash
- Generating Daily Sales Report
- Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards & visual displays
- Adhering to Standard Operating procedures
- Participating in Shop Inventory & ordering stocks
- Implementing CRM at the store level & providing relevant feedback
- Coordinating with Customer Care Centre for after sales service
- On the floor training & providing support to sales associates
