Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager specialized in data and analytics to join our dynamic team and lead innovative projects that transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage complex data and analytics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, effectively managing project timelines and milestones to achieve project goals.
4. Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
6. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to project team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Oversee the implementation and integration of data management tools, technologies, and platforms, optimizing data workflows and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Drive innovation and thought leadership in data and analytics, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes and deliver value to the organization.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data and analytics projects in a corporate or consulting environment.
3. Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMP certification preferred.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience in data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques.
5. Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
6. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex data and analytics projects on time and within budget.
7. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
