- Accountable for the overall planning, reporting, and execution of one or more projects per an agreed scope, target profile, timelines and budget.
- Leads the project team(s) to create the project strategy and the plans for each phase of the project (feasibility, research, development, through registration and launch), in collaboration with the technical leads (Clinical, Safety, CMC, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Service (DPM) and Marketing) assigned to the project team. This includes status reports, timing and project cost.
- Proactively considers and directs the team in next steps on the project.
- Identifies potential risks to timeline and/or budget, and with the team, works on mitigating, avoiding or minimizing risks.
