- Having full operating skills for the specified production lines (SIDEL / KRONES / BARDI / TETRA PAK)
- Receiving the raw material and feed it into the machine.
- Get the accurate and right parameters setting for the machine.
- Making all the basic alignments, set-up, and adjustments for all machine parts.
- Execute the changeover of the machine (If applicable).
- Execute all greasing and lubricating process for the machine.
- Minimizing the production waste.
- Fully comply with Health & Safety / Food Safety requirements.
- Keep the production Log / Report updated with all machine activities and counters.
- Report any violation related to production immediately to the shift Supervisor.
- Achieve the production targets.
- Participate in the maintenance activities (Preventive Maintenance, Annual Overhauls & Breakdowns).
- Investigate breakdowns and prepare relevant reports.
- Deliver technical and operation training to 2 other operators at least on the assigned machine in order to cover him during his absence.
