- Responsible for day-to-day operations of Citylink Shuttle and GoCity.
- Planning of business operations, scheduling of resources, and dispatching of vehicles.
- Data analysis of operations KPIs.
- Recommend solutions for enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resources(vehicles), and increasing utilization(captains).
- Project manage new operations for the division/company.
- Create, maintain, and track management reports.
- Share periodic updates with cross-functional team on business and operations.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
