Position Title: Registered Nurse Med-Surg (Direct Hire)
Classification: Direct-Hire Full-time - Hourly Position
Location: Ridgecrest, ;
Pay Range: $50-$81 per hour
AM/PM Shifts available: 3 days 12-hour shifts

DAILY SNAPSHOT

• Utilizes the nursing process to address the physiological, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of the assigned patient population
• Develops nursing care plans based upon the patient assessment and revises care plans based upon a change of condition and clinical findings on reassessment
• Has the ability to make appropriate clinical decisions within the scope of practice
• Documents nursing assessment, reassessment, plan of care, interventions, and responses to treatment bad on established guidelines
• Administers medication and provides treatments and documents appropriately
• Initiates emergency measures when indicated and serves on said teams as assigned
• Provides education to patients and support system based upon appropriate physiological, physiological, and personal Education is provided at the level of the patient's cognitive ;
• Documentation is legible, timed, dated, and signed
• Follows infection control policies and procedures
• Notifies appropriate healthcare providers in a timely manner when patient status warrants

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Nursing Credentials – You are a graduate of an accredited RN program and have current Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred, with at least 1-year acute care experience preferred
• Are Certified – You have and maintain the following certifications:
• BLS
• Are required to get certified within 3 months of hire through our education department in case you have not maintained certification in the ;
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
