Senior IT Officer

One of our esteemed clients in the Oil & Gas Industry is currently seeking a Senior IT Officer to be based in Kuwait.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Officer to lead our IT department and provide strategic direction in managing our organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in setting up IT infrastructure for a medical centers and Hospitals.
• Effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with an ability to relate the people at any level of business.
• Experience in Project management and capable of handling full life cycle of IT setup projects.
• Experienced in PACS administration.
• Experience in Azure Cloud and O365 administration.
• Experience in firewall administration with devices like Fortinet and Sophos.
• Experience with Server configuration and administration.
• Experience in creation and administration of Virtual Machines, VMware, and backup replications.
• Experience in administration of SAN and NAS
• Experience in Networking & providing network support, installation, and analysis for a broad range of LAN / WAN communication systems.
• Experience with IP Telephony for Avaya and Cisco devices.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Routing protocol Static, default and dynamic.
• Experience in Active directory, OU, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, Replication, Active directory domain trust relationship.
• Good exposure with client in requirement gathering and problem solving.
• Experience across SAP Modules including MM, SD, CRM, and FI-CO.
• Actively work on developing new products for the organization as required.
• Strong analytic, reporting and communication skills.
• Good experience of handling the operation and administrative part of an organization.
  
  

Qualifications:

• More than 8 years of experience as an IT professional
• Worked with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Odoo and Microsoft365.
• Well versed with Web development and Ecommerce platforms like WordPress, Magento, Shopify and Nopcommerce
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
