- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the execution of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
- Utilize deep expertise in engineering principles to innovate solutions and optimize processes, collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project scopes, and present technical proposals.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, manuals, and drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, working closely with suppliers to ensure the selection of high-quality products that meet project requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the safety and sustainability of engineering solutions.
- Lead the effort in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and engineering expertise to find efficient and effective solutions.
