More than any other staff of the organization, the individual performing this role is expected to be familiar and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company, and their benefits.
Responsibilities :
1. Provide customer support on any issues within the organization ? this could be by telephone, internet, or a face to face support
2. Processing of orders, preparation of correspondence, and fulfillment of customer needs
3. Perform a variety of duties which can be termed complicated for the regular customer service staff
4. Oversee the answering of phone calls from customers, whether it is for taking orders, resolving complaints, answering queries and providing information
5. Ensure that every customer or client that steps into the organization is attended to in the most professional and polite way possible
Qualification :
1. A high school diploma or equivalent degree
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the said field or in any related area
3. Ability to lead a team
