Job Description
• Perform due diligence for potential real estate investments • Apply financial modelling to uncover the potential of investment opportunities and assess their viability • Create due diligence reports • Drive the enhancement of investment risk process through high-level analytical skills • Nurture strong relationships across stakeholders Who we are looking for • Minimum of 8 years' experience in investments, asset management, commercial real estate, corporate finance, investment banking, real estate lending or private equity • Experience in deal due diligence and advanced financial modelling • Ability to manage stakeholders • Strong educational background in Finance, Real Estate or a related field Save role
