- Develop quarterly updates for all portfolio companies for the perusal of top management, including business updates, financial analysis and performance, valuation, and key action items for the future.
- Produce regular market updates for Nox Management, including general economic and political updates and in-depth industry news and analysis on the F&B industry and related portfolio company industries (e.g. Digital Marketing).
- Perform investment screening for all investment opportunities according to the guidelines set by the Director – Investments and develop investment screening reports based on the stage of the investment, including market research, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling in addition to any other analysis required.
- Perform due diligence on all investment transactions, including working with financial, legal, and commercial advisors and develop all necessary reporting including all documents and presentations for both buy and sell transactions.
- Develop quarterly updates for all portfolio companies for the perusal of top management, including business updates, financial analysis and performance, and key action items for the future.
- Provide the Directors of Investment and Strategy & BD, or top management of Nox Management’s portfolio companies, with any market research, analysis, and reporting required.
