- Ensure all project staff and their families are provided security and cultural awareness training upon arrival in country.
- Carry out apartment, villa, hotel and office security assessments to ensure they are fit for purpose and suitable for the threat picture – throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop sound working relationships with local law enforcement agencies and Embassies to ensure that the project is aware of the evolving threat landscape.
- Advise project leadership to the evolving threat landscape and provide sound security advice to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that all in-country and in-region project staff and their families are accounted for at all times.
- Locate, lead and advise staff during times of crisis or major incidents.
