  1. Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.

  2. Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical, for documents, records, and confidential information. Retrieve and archive files as needed.

  3. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and arrange logistics such as room setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
