Social Media Executive

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys meeting new people, working with diverse groups, and planning innovative and exciting campaigns.

You will work closely with the Senior Specialist for Brand and Social Media to maintain and execute upon the corporate D&I social content calendar to work across multiple regions and functional groups. This role will coordinate with their Diversity & Inclusion Council and external partner organizations and agencies, as well as with the Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, global brand, and regional teams to help to organize and execute

people-centric marketing campaigns on social media.

Campaign Specialist

Core responsibilities;

Help to manage and execute corporate D&I social media content calendar

Plan, organize and execute people-centric social media marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Senior Social Specialist

Work with external partner organizations and agencies to coordinate and plan social media

campaigns and promotion

Help to ensure brand consistency across D&I social media activities and campaigns

Keep key stakeholders informed about upcoming D&I activities and social campaigns

Help to advise the Talent Acquisition program on social campaign strategy and execution

Diversity and Inclusion

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping to creating an inclusive work environment where all associates can grow and flourish. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong sense of initiative, the ability to work on multiple projects and manage deadlines, and a keen eye for detail.

You will need:

2+ years of professional experience in social media and/or marketing campaign management

BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Emplifi, Sprout Social, or similar desired

A driving passion for connecting with people to build a positive and inclusive workplace

Strong verbal and written communication skills

This position reports to the Global Strategic Marketing team. This role is a remote position that is initially a long-term contract with a view to going permanent, with minimal travel anticipated.
