education & qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification of NLT 3 years’ study duration in Nursing from accredited program;Valid BLS certificate;Minimum 2 years clinical experience post qualification;Available inside UAE with employment or visit visa;Valid DOH license or DOH passers/eligibility letter holder;

In this role, you are responsible to provide basic care to the students and promote healthy school environment, provide direct health care to student & staff, and provide screening & referral for health conditions in the school/nursery.

• Provides ongoing health information to students, parents and school authorities;
• Administers medications as per DOH guidelines;
• Documents care & maintains records;
• Maintain confidentiality in communication and documentation;
• Provides screening and referral for health conditions;
• Promotes a healthy school environment;
• Implement precaution against blood borne pathogens and infectious diseases;
• Monitors immunization;
• Assures appropriate exclusion and re-entry into school;
• Assesses emotional environment of school (bullying, violence);
• Collaborates with staff, students, parents and other professionals to assess health needs and develop a school health plan;
• Emergency medical condition management;
• Liaison between school personnel, and family;
• Communicates with family through verbal or written communication;
