Internal Interaction Relationship:

  • Wholesales & e-commerce team
  • Employees of EC as required

External Interaction Relationship:

  • Customers

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customers; questions and inquiries regarding available products.
  2. Provide detailed information regarding the brand and ingredients, in a bid to assist customers in making purchasing decision.
  3. Assist customers in choosing candies and chocolates, based on their specific individual choices.
  4. Introduces newly arrived products to the customers and also guide them with the usage of theproducts, as required.
  5. Encourage customers to make additional purchases, to ensure that sales targets are met.
  6. Stock shelves and fridges with candy bars, and other items, ensuring that the 4Ps of marketing are kept into account.
  7. Scan each item, ensuring that the correct price has been displayed, and total all items.
  8. Ascertain that all chosen candies and chocolates are properly packed or wrapped.
  9. Understands and promotes company programs.
  10. Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs.
  11. Meets and exceeds sales goals and quotas.
  12. Ensures that shelf stock is clean and that the stock is not expired or damaged.
  13. Performs other assignments as required from the management.

Requirements

Qualification and Experience

Qualification:

  • A high school qualification or equivalent MUST. Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • (0-2) years previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Goal - oriented
  • Energetic and motivated
  • Capable of multi-tasking

Technical Competencies

  • Basic computer skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of sales processes dynamics
