Responsibilities:
• Monitor the units availability for viewings in coordination with handover team and maintain keys custody.
• Process new orders, generating accrual reports, and process the invoices.
• Facilitating sales internal/ external delegations’ event.
• Coordination with other departments like Facility management, Projects, ECM, Development, Finance, IT, Procurement, Audit, Legal and HR.
• Manage, maintaining day to day operations across all Centers.
• Checking with design team on offices changes, and new show apartments, Villas
• Sales Centers screens content and screen management.
