Thorough knowledge of Heat Exchanger Sales and Servicing requirements
•Mechanical and Thermal Design background preferred.
•Experience working in an R Stamp certified business.
•Set and achieve sales targets, develop a comprehensive sales plan and forecasts to identify a steady stream of pipeline prospects.
•Ensure the team delivers compelling technical presentations that drive sales
•The Technical Sales Manager will utilize deep technical acumen to educate the team on products, services, competitors, and prospects. Manage contract negotiations and nurture key relationships with customers.
•Very strong technical knowledge of Heat Exchangers.
•Good knowledge and experience in the Middle East and Energy Industry in particular within ADNOC.
•Strong knowledge of Heat Exchanger Servicing is essential.
•Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
•Fluent in English written and spoken, Arabic is an advantage.
•Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
•The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
