• Recruiting and training sales staff, define sales job requirements, assisting in the search for the best candidates and taking part in the interview process
• Hit sales targets and achieve growth, continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered.

Skills

• Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
