Job Description

- Greet the customer in good manner and provide him a good hospitality.
- Answer customers' questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features, and recommend suitable types their needs and interests.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates as customer’s needs aligned with Motors division policies.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Obtain credit information about customers and all treatments’ issues.
- To insure the test drive was been done to the customer if required.
- Insure Customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
