• Should have Experience in outsource call centers/Recruitment company /Manpower company/ consultancy.
• Outbound Sales responsibly entails communicating with potential customers through telephone to develop an effective pipeline to succeed in new business and to exceed targets.
• The expectation level for the number of calls made (Outbound) for sales in a day minimum 80-100 and it will form the way of evaluating your performance. Besides, we do expect that you will meet up with the following job duties concisely but not limited to.
• Developing and maintaining new database contacts and details of potential customers.
• Cold calling potential customers by researching the target market and finding companies to target.
• You have to build a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of daily sales.
• Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
• Entering all required data for sales onto the company system and the format the specified and made on.
• Updating the CRM/Excel and inputting information of customers for the calls made on a daily basis.
• Follow-ups with the customers and update the follow-up in the 2-way communication channels with the immediate manager.
• Searching constantly for new revenue generating chances to meet the company targets.
• Accomplishing the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams.
• Ensuring the correct maintenance of follow-up procedures to the potential clients
