Sales Executive

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Demonstrate a successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry and form work suppliers with architects, interior decorators, builders, dealers and construction / furniture - related retail businesses in the UAE/GCC region.
• Maximize income generation for the company, and achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry.
• Generate project/business opportunities to meet companys business plans and growth strategies.
• Drive the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
• Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place.Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing procedures and activities to compile client feedback.
• Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial construction industry.
• Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials or similar industry with a reputation as a go getting achiever and highly self motivated .
• Experience in selling Building Materials and Paint with good client relationships, organisationalskills, communication & negotiation skills, achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• UAE driving license
