Job Description

  • Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring we maximize expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify cross sell opportunities to meet sales quotas
  • Meet and exceed monthly recurring revenue expansion targets
  • Prospect new client opportunities and respond to inbound leads
  • Ownership and autonomy over the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in a quota-carrying sales capacity
  • 3 years of B2B sales experience in proactive sales roles in enterprise software or commerce solutions via phone, preferably in the subscription software business
  • Results-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics to track progress against goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade
  • Ability to pursue a structured, analytical and solution-oriented sales approach
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to develop good working relationships within a global organization
  • Ability to perform and deliver multiple, concurrent projects on time
  • Experience in market research or customer experience solutions a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
