Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring we maximize expansion opportunities
Serve as the point of contact for our existing customers and drive all renewal and expansion sales opportunities
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services
Develop new business with existing clients and identify cross sell opportunities to meet sales quotas
Meet and exceed monthly recurring revenue expansion targets
Prospect new client opportunities and respond to inbound leads
Ownership and autonomy over the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Qualifications
3-5+ years in a quota-carrying sales capacity
3 years of B2B sales experience in proactive sales roles in enterprise software or commerce solutions via phone, preferably in the subscription software business
Results-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics to track progress against goals.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade
Ability to pursue a structured, analytical and solution-oriented sales approach
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to develop good working relationships within a global organization
Ability to perform and deliver multiple, concurrent projects on time
Experience in market research or customer experience solutions a plus
