The Sales Exectuive - Integrated Logistics plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of integrated logistics products or services. This position involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of offerings. The executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Identifying sales opportunities

  • Identifying and generating leads

  • Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound calls – Cold & warm calling

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Integrated Logistics products or services.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to set sales targets and objectives.

Customer / Client Engagement

  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

  • Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.

  • Proactively reaches out to potential clients and leads to promote Integrated logistics offerings.

  • Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations to address specific requirements.

Product Knowledge & Reporting

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of on-demand products or services, staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.

  • Routing qualified leads to Business Development team by initiating appointments.

  • Maintaining all reports on cold calling /follow-ups.

Relationships & Negotiations

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address post-sales support and service requirements.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any concerns or objections.

  • Close sales deals and ensure successful contract execution.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
