We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Recruitment and Partnership We offer online Music Education services to schools and organizations This is a remote position in which you determine your own schedule, we are commission based with great earning Ultimately, you will play an important part in building strong partnerships with K-12 schools and organizations

Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's services and benefits

Implement a recruiting/partnership strategy for K-12 and community organizations

Work with company staff to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment/partnership strategies

Contact K-12 Schools and organizations informing them of our services and assess their needs

Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with K-12 Schools and organizations

Input and track leads in our CRM database

Requirements

1-3 years work experience in a recruiting and/or client services role

Exceptional interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Phone, computer and online meeting platform skills

1-3 years work experience in a recruiting and/or client services role

Phenomenal time management

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to quickly learn and adapt

Sound judgement and Out-of-the-box thinker

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
