Responsibilities:
• Mentor Trainees where requested.
• Deliver training to all required skill employees up to DDWD/ TD&PM standards
• Assess and evaluate training in accordance with course and DDW standards.
• Record and communicate training results with concerned departments.
• Monitor post training evaluation for trainees.
• Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyzeskill matrix, training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules.
• Develop training strategies, modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
