Lead retail sales initiatives surpassing targets fostering team success and cultivating key client relationships. Additionally to proactively identify business opportunities ensuring market expansion and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Bachelors degree in Business Management or relevant field
- More than 5 years of proven experience in Sales Management Sales Operations in a Managerial capacity
- Experience and market knowledge in Ceramic Tiles Sanitary Wares
- Experience in Business Development Client Relations and Team Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Mus be residing in Kuwait with valid transferable visa and driving license
